We are currently experiencing issues where an invoice is not being created during the OCR data extraction.

Some users may notice the "OCR Processing Failed" error when trying to extract the invoice data with OCR.

The invoice data can be manually entered in order to quickly submit an urgent invoice for processing.


Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore the OCR functionality.

We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Our team continues to investigate the cause of the performance issue impacting Invoic OCR data extraction.

Performance remains below normal levels and some users may notice the "OCR Processing Failed" error when trying to extract the invoice data with OCR.
