We are contacting you about an upcoming upgrade to the MySQL database version in our QA / User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment.

Upgrade Details:

• Date and Time: November 13th, 01:00 - 5:00 UTC / November 12th 8:00 pm - 12:00 am EST
• Environment Affected: UAT MySQL Databases
• Impact: The UAT environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

This major version upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance performance, improve security, and support new features. This will not impact production services. Production will follow the same upgrade path approximately a week later and occur during our regular maintenance window.

What to Expect:

• Downtime: The UAT environment will be offline during the maintenance window.
• Data Integrity: All existing data will be preserved during this upgrade, but we recommend completing any necessary testing activities prior to the scheduled downtime.
