Some users may notice a delay in recieving scheduled reports and exports.


Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore full performance.

Our Engineering team has now resolved the issue affecting scheduled reports and exports.

If you need to export reports before the next scheduled run, you can trigger a manual export of all approved expenses by:

  1. Navigating to Report Scheduler

  2. Selecting Automatic Export Queuing

  3. Clicking Run Now
