We are currently aware of an issue preventing end users from adding a bank account in their account settings when Canadian Dollars is set as the target currency. This issue only affects customers who use Wise for end user reimbursements. Our engineering team is actively working with Wise to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Emburse Enterprise is aware of an issue where newly uploaded receipt images hang processing the receipt. Our Operations team is reviewing as a top priority and we will provide an update once we know more.
Our Operations team has resolved an issue causing newly uploaded receipts to hang while processing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We will perform maintenance on the Production environment on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, starting at 07:00 pm EDT / 11:00 pm UTC:
- This maintenance period will last for 5 minutes and the standard maintenance message will not appear as most of the application will remain functional.
- Environment Affected: Production Environment
- Impact: The environment will be available during the maintenance window stated above.
- Downtime: The environment will be available during the maintenance window stated above but users will be unable to upload receipts via the application, email or mobile apps.
- Data Integrity: Receipts will not upload successfully when uploaded via the application and may not be accessible if emailed in or uploaded via the mobile app.
